A Virginia Beach, Va.-native, Harwell will work with distributors, architects and contractors — something he's done for more than 35 years — throughout his territory of Maryland; Washington, D.C.; Virginia; and North and South Carolina. Harwell comes to PROSOCO after 15 years as eastern regional sales manager with Spec Mix. There, he managed 24 territories across the eastern United States, with emphasis on sales, training, branding and QA problem solving.
